A Song That Reminds You Of Some Event

In 1992 /1993 I was part of the school drama show. The show was put together for a National Schools Talent competition and we were in the musical drama section. The show was loosely based on the Gone With The Wind story, about a girl whose relationship breaks down and who goes back to her home and along the way has adventures. The show was multilingual, Irish, English, French, German and Spanish. We had some amazing talent, not just the acting from the main characters, but a band who played all the music and dancers who were in proper dance schools. I was one of the solo dancers, as at the time I did competitive Irish dancing, (think Michael Flatley Lord Of The Dance).  We preformed the show at end of term assemblies and at parents night , and through out the year took part in the different rounds of the National talent show. We won the Dublin  round (county level) we won the Leinster round ( regional level) and came second in the National  Grand Final. This song  Chuck Berry – Johnny B Good  always reminds me of that time, as it was one of the songs in the show
