Facebook will only remove pages that violate their rules. One little known rule which many violate without knowing is using LIKE AND SHARE competitions.

Any page using LIKE AND SHARE competitions to raise their follower account is violating Facebook rules.

1. the act of liking a Page cannot automatically register or enter a promotion participant.
2. You must not use Facebook features or functionality, such as the Like button, as a voting mechanism for a promotion
3. you must not condition registration or entry upon the user liking a Wall post, or commenting or uploading a photo on a Wall.

The best way to alert Facebook to this this page is to email abuse@facebook.com and clearly state you are reporting a violation of the LIKE & SHARE rules. Even though a page such as this may have content which many find offensive, Facebook will not remove it for that reason, as they will say it is freedom of speech.

The only way to get a page such as this is to be clever and report it for a specific violation of Facebook rules.

Petitions & open letters are very good, but this is something that can actually work & have an impact. Do not engage with the Wade support page, do not leave comments on the Radaronline news item, just quietly and stealthy report to FB for a violation of their rules, THAT is 100% the only way to get that page removed. Lets keep this WITHIN the fan community, do not draw attention to what we are doing, do not go to the media or make any sort of noise. Do the COMPLETE opposite of what he wants, he wants noise, he wants attention, he wants to get noticed. with every comment you make on his page, with every tweet you send him, with every comment on the radaronline page you feed his needs. Thats what true bullies & trolls want, an insatiable need for attention,ignore them & you cut off their oxygen &you hit them where they hurt. The fan community does not need to run to the media with every campaign, to have the media validate every thing we do. by being clever & discreet we can work together, we can achieve things, we can unite & get this page removed.

I would like you to consider taking down a Facebook Page – Supporters of Wade Robson and other victims of MJ – on the basis of its blatant disregard of Facebook’s guidelines on promotions, namely that they are violating your LIKE and SHARE rules as listed here:https://www.facebook.com/page_guidelines.php.

The particular rule being violated is section E (iii) in that the owner/admin(s) are requiring one to like a post in order to participate in an offer (which might not even be genuine). I have attached a screenshot of the said promotion for your perusal, and hope that this will finally ensure that this page gleans the necessary attention and action from yourselves.
