How To Spot A Fake Fan

These are my observations and opinions from personal experience over the last 3 weeks, based on things I have seen and heard over the last 3 weeks. It is not ment to offend any member of this of any other MJ forum, and it is not aimed at any member of any mj forum

1. they suddenly discover on june 26 how amazing Michaels music is
2. When writing messages at memorials they address it “TO J****O or TO Michael Jackson(so called fans writing messgaes at the memorials in London, also writing p***do on the memorials)
3. They have joined tons of Michael facebook groups since june 26
4. Their status messages says how devested they are by the news, yet none of their friends ever remember them mentioning their love for Michael before. (conversation overheard on the tube)
5. They turn up to memorials and vigils wearing brand new mjtshirts with the dates, while genuine fans are wearing vintage or home made tshirts and costumes.
6. They cant name any Michael album other than Thriller
7. When talking about Michael, they call him “Jackson”
8. They didnt know he had 3 children
9. They suddenly decide to visit Neverland, despite living only an hours drive away, they just “never got around to going before now” (conversation overheard at Neverland)
10. Are disapointed the tshirt sellers are not around at Neverland (conversation with so called fan at Neverland)
11. They steal the roses from the gates at Neverland as souveniours, to show their friends, look I was there. (saw woman walk up to the gates and pull a rose from the wreath)
12. Get tickets for the memorial at Staples and go just to spot the celebs ( I was in Staples for the memorial, was disgusted by the celeb spotters calling grieving celebs names to get their attention to take a photo
